Bluewater Technology Group was founded by Elving Torres, a seasoned technology executive and consultant. Over the course of his career he has led infrastructure and security initiatives for organizations across healthcare, financial services and telecommunications. His experience ranges from designing resilient networks and data centers to implementing enterprise‑wide cybersecurity programs and modernizing legacy systems.
As a Virtual CIO, Elving partners with leadership teams to understand business goals and translate them into actionable IT strategies. He is passionate about helping organizations harness the power of technology — whether through cloud adoption, data analytics or robust security practices — while maintaining cost efficiency and operational continuity.
